Hydrate for Health
One of the most common things I tell clients for their complaints and struggles during their skin care or massage sessions is to drink more water. It sounds so basic but it is easy for the day to pass without hydrating enough.
Lack of water caused fatigue, lowered immunity and circulation, dry dull skin, lack of detoxification. Over all we have less energy and vitality. Like a car with low oil. Drinking water is one of the simplest most effective ways to stay balanced and increase overall health.
