Top Antioxidant Drinks

A great and easy way to get your daily antioxidants is through fresh vegetable and fruit juice blends. You can use a juicer but I find the best is a Vitamix blender. It is high powered and blends the whole fruit and veggie, skin, rind and all so you retain all the nutrients and fiber. You get your nutrients as well as an energy boost. I find these high antioxidant drinks make a great altrnative to caffeine. You get the energy plus benefits! The antioxidants boost immunity, help fight free radicals that cause disease and aging, alkalize the system, and give your skin a great glow to name a few benefits.

You can be creative and use some of your favorite organic veggies with a little fruit and water. Green drinks are healthy and even better, very delicious! I like to go to the farmers market and stock up on the freshest seasonal fruit and veggies for my green drinks.  Each fruit and vegetable has specific nutrients and vitamins. You can combine these in endless combinations.
